Carving Turkey and Putting Out Fires

This Thanksgiving Tiff and Sean came for a visit. We had a great time. Tiff had a special adventure planned for the girls. We went to her friend, Fireman Tim's Fire House to check out all the equipment and to wish the Firemen a Happy Thanksgiving.

after some heavy persuasion, we were able to talk Riley into trying it on also.

At first Natalie wanted nothing to do with any of the goings on, but she soon warmed up to the whole idea. That is when the fun ended for me and I spent the rest of the time watching out to see where she would climb next.


We all got together for this picture on the front of the truck. The bumpers on those things are HUGE!


Here is Riley checking out the driver's seat on the main engine and learning all the fascinating buttons you can push to turn on lights and sirens.

Natalie wanted nothing to do with any of it.
