And OUT it POPPED!
Well it wiggled and rolled and finally came out. This past Wednesday while Riley was out on her Daddy and Me date, she noticed her two bottom teeth were loose. She kept asking us to make her appointment at the dentist so that she could get it pulled out. We had to explain to her that the first two teeth she lost were not lost in a normal fashion (being pulled due to trauma) and this is the way most kids loose their teeth. About every 5 minutes either Tim or I would be asked if her tooth was ready.
Finally, today after much fret and whining the thing finally popped out!. Thank Goodness. . .

The one to the right is loose too! The Tooth Fairy will be quite busy this week at the McGovern house.

Here is her new smile.

According to Riley the going rate for the Tooth Fairy is $5.00 a tooth. Dream on kid! I negotiated the Tooth Fairy to $1 and she needs to be glad.

Our Trip to the Zoo
Today we ventured to the San Antonio Zoo. Surprisingly, it is a nice zoo with a lot of perks. Below are the girls sitting on the statue of the lions at the entrance.

One of our "family favorite" exhibits was the butterfly house. There were butterflies everywhere. The girls did a great job of not touching them, but were successful at getting in for a closer look on more than one occasion.

Natalie was fascinated with this one that landed right in front of her.

I caught a picture of this guy on a flower right after he landed on Tim's hat.

Totally fascinated!

We then lucked out by showing up for the elephants bath. This was Natalie's favorite part of the trip. The only words to come out of her mouth were,"Oh m'gosh!" "Oh My Goodness." These were the only words she spoke for a good 5 minutes after we left the exhibit. Even tonight she kept talking about the elephant's bath.

Riley: "I can't believe I'm hugging a Komodo Dragon!" The zoo also had 3 of the 11 baby komodo dragons hatched in captivity on exhibit. That was interesting to look at- if you could get over all the POISONOUS SNAKES they had there. EWWWWWW- I don't do snakes.
We got a family membership and plan to visit the zoo again. It is a great place to go for a family outing and it is not too far from our house.

The Beginning of the Outdoor Kitchen
Today Rick came to measure and mark off the outdoor kitchen and the new extention of our back porch. Below are some more pictures of the cave-in and then there are pics of them marking the kitchen off in the upper backyard.

Below is the extension of our existing back porch.

This is the actual layout for the kitchen.

Eureaka!
So I found the cable to the camera! Hurray! Tim had cleaned and it ended up in one of his famous "I thought that would be a good place to put it" spots. Alot has happened since we moved, so I will just post some of the pics I have taken.
Here is Natalie in her "Yoda" outfit. She designed it herself.

This is Riley watching "The Fox and the Hound". She was really into the movie. You can also see behind her that I was able to get some plants in the ground in the backyard.

Here are the girls in their "Hook'em Horns" ballon hats that they got while we were tailgating at the UT game a couple of weekends ago.

Tim's birthday. He needs a lot more air now that he is 41. . .

and help too!

This is my awesome mom in her awesome gardening outfit.

Well, that's it for now. I will take a picture of the backyard disaster before the deck guys come this weekend!!

WHY I HAVE NOT POSTED PICTURES!!
Why? Because I cannot find the cord to connect the camera to the damn computer! If anyone has seen it around my house or packed it by mistake let me know.

I Couldn't Have Said It Better
Today Riley came home sick from school. Tim found out that she didn't even want to go out to the playground.
Tim: Riley why didn't you go out to the playground?
Riley: My legs wouldn't let me.
Tim: What do you mean?
Riley: Just what I said. My legs wouldn't let me get up and walk.
